Relay Marathon Information

Start Point: East Mills High School, Malvern, Iowa

Start Time: 7:00 a.m.

Entry Fee (per runner): $35 if received by July 15. (7/16 to 9/1 $40) No entries accepted after September 1

Course Description: From East Mills High School in Malvern, IA the runners will circle the town before entering the Wabash Trace. Once on the trail, the race will head south on a gradual decent in elevation and end in downtown of Shenandoah, IA on Sheridan Avenue.

Relay Team: Relay runners will be responsible for their own transportation to their respective starting points. Each leg will vary distances to allow for starting points at intersections where the trail crosses roads. Team entries must be mailed in the same envelope, with each member filling out an individual entry form. Your team members can meet the last runner at the Depot in Sportsmans Park to finish together as a team.

Awards: Award presentations will be outside the Depot Restaurant, 101 N. Railroad Avenue. The Marathon Team Relay runners will receive medals for each member of the first and second place teams in the Men's, Women's, and Mixed Divisions, which will consist of at least 2 members of each sex. Awards will be gift certificates to each runner.
